The room was well-maintained and silent with climate control, a dining area, and an iron.

Simple, spotless venue with absolutely perfect location next to the old and new busstation as well as bus station. Staff was caring and helpful, and facilities were great here.

Location next to a railway line, the tranquil garden and the ruins in about 10 minutes. 5 minutes' walk to Mirisaveti Stupa. Well-maintained silent rooms with a/c, fans and hot shower. Outstanding food, delicious and good breakfast...

The staff here were really attentive, and the rooms were well-kept and had both AC and a fan. the beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! 😊.

The location of this place is fantastic, being very central and close to the main railway station, the historical park, and a stream or canal; it's also convenient to cycle to the ruins.

The bike rental service was absolutely mind-blowing, allowing us to effortlessly explore the stunning ancient ruins and charming new town. The location was super convenient, with everything easily within biking distance. We absolutely loved the cozy courtyard and patio areas, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The clean room and English-speaking staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The Sri Lankan breakfast and the fried noodles with fish for lunch and dinner were jaw-droppingly delicious. The staff was incredibly responsive, the menu was reasonably priced, and the rustic atmosphere added to the overall charm. With such reasonable rates, we could have happily stayed at least a week longer.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to recommend activities and make the most of our time in the city. His cooking skills were excellent, and we only regret not having the chance to take a cooking lesson from him. the location of the accommodations was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. great value for money and a place we would definitely return to. Cons: Nothing, all excellent. 👍.
